AVAILABILITY AND PRICING FOR OUTDOOR WEDDINGS

CAPACITY
Summer – limited to 150 people, more with a small additional fee.SETTING
The ceremony and reception are all outside in the garden overlooking the beautiful pond and flowers.
REHEARSAL
Rehearsal, one hour available on a first come basis. A staff person will be available to assist with facility.
FACILITIES
Use of the main floor of house, excluding kitchen, with two restrooms indoors and separate dressing rooms for the bride and groom. A porta-potty is required for summer weddings to help with the indoor bathroom lines.
Site fee includes: tables and chairs, basic white chaircovers (you bring the sash), paver deck with open tent for reception, dance floor, pop-up tents for the bar area, buffet and catering areas. Wooden bar and tubs for kegs and drinks. All the infrastructure is setup for you when you arrive.
WEDDING DAY STAFF
Included in site fee. Includes phone conference week before your wedding, assist at rehearsal and ceremony if needed and staff is on site the 8 hours of your event. Staff oversees vendor setup at your wedding and also assists with cleanup, such as emptying trash during your event. Our staff is not responsible for doing everything for you but is there to assist you.
MUSIC
You may hire a DJ or live band with some restrictions. City requires music over at 10 pm sharp.
CATERING
Although we prefer that you hire a professional caterer, we do allow self catering with some restrictions and guidelines. You may bring your BBQs, Limited power available. No cake cutting fees.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
You may bring your own beer, wine and champagne. No hard liquor allowed on premises. No Corkage Fees.
EXTRAS
Tables for sign in, gifts, cake, kids table, buffet, bar, tables for the DJ and the kitchen area are included in site fee. We also have wooden reserved signs for your tables.
CHILDREN AND PETS
Dog friendly. Kids, even the big kids, have fun with the horseshoes, basketball hoop, frisby golf, and other games available to keep them entertained
VENDORS
Lists for suggested vendors included in your booking package; Wedding Cakes, Catering, Flowers, DJs, Photographers, Tuxedos, and Room Accommodations.TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING
Ask us how to get a limo for the bride and groom at a fabulous price! We are one mile from downtown and taxi rides are about $7 each way. Almost an acre lot available adjacent to the property and can accommodate up to 80 cars. Cars may be left overnight if needed.
INSURANCE AND DEPOSITS
Additional liability insurance is required, policy due 30 days before event. $1000 security/cleaning deposit check due 30 days before event, to be held in file until event over and will be mailed back to you.
SETUP AND CLEAN UP
Setup of ceremony and reception areas are done by our staff before you arrive. Clean up is removing all trash from tables putting into trash cans and taking home everything that you brought. No vacuuming or scrubbing, our staff takes care of it for you so you can relax!
ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES
For the bride that doesn't want to "lift a finger" and wants an elegant wedding without the work, we have some all inclusive packages available that include minister, catering, cake, bar with bartender, flowers, DJ, porta potty, and photographer.
